The Customer 36O Game Show

We created audience engagement and education around Salesforce’s Customer 360 product suite, which were the core target drivers behind the Salesforce Customer 360 Game Show.

Delivery

The CWK worked alongside the Salesforce team and their product experts to deep dive into their full Customer 360 product suite to create a digital solution and experience for the audience that was both fun, competitive and educational. By understanding their products and audience, The CWK ideated and developed a platform to produce a game with 3 rounds for “The Customer 360 Game Show”.

The Game Show allowed attendees to participate and gain points as well as a better understanding of Salesforce’s Customer 360. We also engaged with the audience where they were able to participate in one round of each game to win a prize.

Achievements

  • 1,271 attendees engaged with the Game Show across the day.
  • Developed a Game Show platform that can be modified and used globally for Salesforce.
  • 2D Design and animation of the full Game Show.
