How did we bring Salesforce’s “Now Everyone’s an Einstein” campaign to life at World Tour Sydney? By creating an experience that’s out of this world!
Delivery
We created a colourful and inviting space-themed “control centre”, where attendees could play a 3-player, space themed game named “Now Everyone’s an Einstein”. The key target for the activation was product education with the main focus being on the Einstein 1 platform.
It ended up being a fun, engaging and educational experience, which encouraged attendees to learn more from the product zone around them. In the game, they had to pick a character and work together as a team to steer the rocket ship by navigating through three levels. The tasks were to dodge asteroid fields, go through space gates, connect data streams, activate the Einstein Trust Layer shield, and collect bonus items along the way. The game finished when they arrived at planet Einstein and they walked away with a prize to congratulate them on becoming an Einstein. It displayed a leaderboard with the 8 highest scores of the day and they could scan a QR code to take a photo with Einstein’s hair and share on socials.
Creative/ sensory lens: With its oversized curved screen, dynamic graphics and soundscape, the Customer 360 game was designed to fully immerse the player in the world of Einstein AI. We also designed the game controls to require 3 players to bring to life the teamwork enablement of Einstein AI. By focusing the game on fun, players were subconsciously discovering the benefits of the Einstein AI product.
