WalkMe software was in a growth and brand awareness phase. They wanted to start building momentum and engagement, connect with current and new customers, and build their database.
We helped them build a playful strategy that would have a wider reach, more longevity, engagement and loyalty than they could have imagined.
Delivery
When WalkMe came to us asking for an event, we took a strategic creative approach and came up with the concept of the WalkMe Challenge – a light-hearted competition between two players, only one of whom is given the WalkMe software to help achieve an administrative, marketing or HR task. The approach would inject fun gaming elements into an otherwise potentially dry, non-tangible topic: digital transformation.
Instead of an event, we gave them a more accessible and longer-term solution that could be rolled out into many different applications.
First we created a series of videos with hosts providing commentary on the challenges. It then evolved into social content, then into live events using a transportable kit, so the challenge could be conducted live on stage with event attendees.
And finally, due to the success of the strategic solutions already implemented, we are now working on a bespoke digital application housed on their website.
Ultimately we found a way to achieve core goals: make the audience feel excited about what could be achieved with the WalkMe Platform in their organisations
Achievements
- Higher audience engagement through TikTok than LinkedIn and Facebook.
- 3,489 total video impressions on webpage, with a 60% finish rate.
- 880 page views.
- 100% new users.
