Delivery

As a Salesforce partner we’ve been entrusted to design and deliver Salesforce’s signature in-region event, World Tour, since 2019. Each year has presented plenty of new challenges and opportunities to push boundaries. In 2019, we conceived and built an immersive, in-person experience that attracted over 14,000 registrations. It featured a never-before-seen 185 metre projection wall that spanned the expo, bringing the outside in and creating the illusion of infinite space.

When Covid hit in 2020, we reimagined World Tour at lightning speed, transforming it into a live, virtual experience. With only 9 days’ lead time we produced 157 live-stream sessions. They included 60+ customer and partner stories across 2 online channels and 11 animated studio sets. 80,000+ viewers tuned in live and the event ultimately reached 1.2 million total video viewers across Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and LinkedIn.

We shifted gears once again in 2021 with the Salesforce Live Series before debuting an all-new truly hybrid format for World Tour 2022. Come 2023, we came full circle. While maintaining our new hybrid format, we celebrated the return of over 8,500 in person guests, focused on sustainability by reusing builds and materials, and brought to life a new innovative game show to embrace the Salesforce spirit.

Come 2023 and 2024, we came full circle. While maintaining a new hybrid format for the main keynote, we celebrated the return of over 10,000 in person guests. With a key focus on sustainability, we reused many builds and materials, whilst highlighting customers such as RM Williams and AFL with engaging custom design experiences and showcasing product zones such as Slack, Tableau and Mulesoft with bespoke interactive expo layouts that linked innovation and entertainment with the solution offerings of the product. A key highlight from the 2024 was a customised digital game where attendees could work together to traverse space in a Salesforce powered spaceship, using Einstein CoPilot and Einstein Trust Layer to navigate their way through various obstacles to achieve success, utilising the client’s brand in a vibrant visual tapestry displaying the playful Salesforce spirit. Furthermore, we were thrilled that this game was taken to be used at Salesforce events in the US following it’s success at World Tour Sydney 2024

Achievements

    Sustainability and inclusivity being the core elements of the brief, we made 100% recyclable name badges and printed signage. We also supported local farmers by serving imperfect picked fruit, offered gender neutral facilities and provided large-print agendas and captioned Auslan signing for visual and hearing-impaired guests.

    8x performance target, with 80K attendees, 1.2m video views, 1.3m social hashtags and 6,600 social engagements.

     

    2022
    Completely reimagined approach to keynote content tailored for the unique needs of both the in-person and virtual audiences creating a truly seamless hybrid event.

    Winner of ‘Most Creative Innovation in Event Experience Delivery’ and ‘Best Corporate Event’ at the Australian Event Awards.

     

    2023
    We saw the return of over 10,000 in person guests whilst maintaining a key focus on sustainability.

     

    2024
    A highlight of this year was a customised digital interactive game that was so successful this game was utilised at Salesforce events in the US.
