AFL Activation SFWT

Salesforce and AFL came to us for support and a creative game plan for the AFL zone at World Tour Sydney 2024. We came up with a creative theme and photo activation to bring out each attendees’ inner champion.

Delivery

We created a championship winning photo moment where Salesforce World Tour attendees were given the opportunity to score their very own personalised AFL trading card. Attendees were invited to be photographed doing their best ‘winner’ pose in a live photo studio. Their photo was directly uploaded into an AFL trading card design and personalised with the attendee’s name and AFL club of their choice. Along with receiving a physical trading card, the final card design was also emailed and texted to the attendee, where they were able to click through to a charing portal to view and download or share their card instantly across social platforms.

Creative/sensory lens: AFL wanted to drive fan engagement, so we took a nostalgic look into our childhood. A time when AFL ‘Fandom’ was at its strongest. Walking around with a wad of bubblegum scented footy cards, held together by elastic bands. Getting your photo taken in your favourite team colours. A sensory experience to reignite any adult’s inner child footy tragic.
